PreNatal Nutrients includes 1 mg of Metafolin® 5-MTHF, the naturally occurring and universally metabolized form of folate. This vital nutrient aids in healthy neural and cellular development of the fetal brain and spinal cord, thereby reducing the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months before pregnancy and during early pregnancy.

Directions: Take 2 capsules daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
