Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Depending on the issue, we may accept returns on a case-by-case basis, providing the issue is reported within 48 hours of product delivery. Holistic Market Co. reserves the right to decline the return if there is not just cause.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
Please provide a picture of the damaged item as proof and we will be happy to replace it or offer a full refund.
Please note we are unable to refund any shipping costs, as it is directly paid to our shipping providers.
Holistic Market Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were registered as delivered. Please ensure the address provided is correct and safe for delivery. If your item is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can begin an investigation to track down the parcel.
